The mic can pick up every person in the living room with ease, we can talk softly and it will still pick up what we are saying crystal clear on discord. I would say the range is double than what is advertised. we can walk around, in another room (kitchen) and can still be heard just fine. So I would say a 20 foot radius from the mic where its placed. We have the mic close to the tv, and people on discord do not hear any feedback from themselves either, which is amazing.If you are looking for a cheap but VERY efficient mic, this is the perfect one for you.
