There is a triangular backing plate anchored to the wall, and then the back of the dispenser has triangular slats that should tension up against the plate. Or that is the idea but the slats are malleable, thin metals that provide such a weak connection that a secure connection is impossible. One slight tap and the dispenser would fall to the ground. Either I received a defective unit or I am a complete moron.
