It is so easy to use and clean up when finished and it stores nicely.  Id suggest when done wipe it down and placea  plastic bag over it to keep dust out then store on the fridge or somewhere.  Its compact and stores easily but doeant lose any functionality.  Each waffle mix will take one or two to figure out which setting to use to get the best results.  I typically use any Gluten free box recipe out of the store then just water it down to proper consistency.  cookies,  muffins.. and even the occasional pancake mix.  Some of the thicker moister mixes may need a manual timer to be set after it says its done to keep cooking it through, or microwave to finish cooking the insides.  For basic pancake mixes it is great, for moist cake and muffin mixes add 5-10 mins to finish cooking it out or just throw in microwave.Main con is it took a while to completely get the chemical taste out.  id suggest scrub it out (cold) with a toothbrush and dish soap twice with 20 min max temp bakes before both sessions.  spray some cooking grease in there to soak up some of the chemical for the bake sessions.  or be ready to use a cheap mix to keep throwing away waffles till the taste is gone.
