Ad oggi ho utilizzato il notebook per un centinaio di ore senza avere rilevato problemi, se non uno scaricamento improvviso della batteria una volta scesa sotto il 40%, di cui ho gi\u00e0 informato il venditore che si \u00e8 subito dimostrato alla sostituzione della stessa in caso il problema permanesse.AGGIORNAMENTO: dato che il problema permaneva ho richiesto al venditore la sostituzione della batteria, come da accordi. Mi ha inviato una batteria compatibile ma di capacit\u00e0 nettamente inferiore a quella originale inserita nell'apparecchio, 33Wh invece di 54Wh, quindi una capacit\u00e0 di poco superiore alla met\u00e0 (vedi immagine).Alla mia richiesta di avere una batteria di potenza equivalente all'originale, mi \u00e8 stato risposto che \"purtroppo per motivi tecnici \u00e8 l'unico modello di batteria che siamo stati in grado di reperire in tempi rapidi e che sia perfettamente compatibile con il suo modello. Inoltre nella descrizione del prodotto non era indicata la capacit\u00e0 della batteria\".A parte che il venditore dovrebbe conoscere le caratteristiche di ci\u00f2 che vende, o controllare sul sito del Costruttore, ma in ogni caso prima di fare l'ordine poteva chiedere a me di verificare, visto che eravamo d'accordo che mi avrebbero inviato la batteria e avrei proceduto io alla sostituzione . Inoltre non avevo fatto nessuna richiesta di urgenza.Quando gli ho fatto notare, con tanto di link, che su Amazon erano disponibili diverse batterie equivalenti, anche dicendomi disposto a partecipare alla differenza di spesa, la risposta \u00e8 stata \"le nostre politiche aziendali non ci permettono di accordare le sue richieste.
