(For me I can't - due to a medical issue.)  So this thing is extremely helpful.  Its pretty light at about 1.5 pounds each \"bar\", and somehow can hold over 1,000 pounds.  Pretty amazing.  The only set up takes about 60 seconds out of the box, you just use your hand to screw in a screw, with a handy washer thing that you can hand grip to tighten.  Very easy, no tools required, no instructions needed...was set up within 60 seconds.You can then adjust the length of each  bar, by turning it over and loosening the washer, to adjust it to your desired length.  Then just tighten it again.  Very simpe but effective.  and there are \"brakes\" by each wheel to lock in to place once you are set at a certain position.I used this to move 2 appliances about 15 pounds over carpet, and it was quite easy.  The only downsides with this is:  steering is a bit difficult as its pretty much meant for a straignt line.  The wheels do not turn, they are straight only.  So if you are moving some moderate objects like I was, you can lift it briefly to make it turn, but if you have a 1,000 pounds appliance, I Dont think this thing will be turning as you can't lift it up to adjust where its going.  It will be strictly forward and back, or left and right.  So you must know where you are going with it before hand, if you have something very heavy, as you will not be able to turn.  If you aren't sure where you will be going, or if you will need to be moving the object around a lot, with lots of circles and turns, you will need a dolly with the wheels that rotate 360 degrees.  They often will hold perhaps 200-300 pounds so less weight limit, so this holds much more weight, but you lose the ability to turn.Overall, for my purposes, its great as I am glad it can even go over carpet, but again it wasn't a lot of weight.  With a 1,000 pound appliance it would likely take a lot of effort to push it over carpet, but for my light amount of weight...it was easy.  and it can definitely do tile and smooth surfaces, even with a lot of wieght.Definitley recommend if you have any issue lifting stuff, just make sure you can go in a straight line.
