However, the experience was way better than what I anticipated.Having said that, the laptop arrived on time, with no issues. The shipping box was mangled by UPS but the actual box of the laptop was intact. the packaging was original and all the items were opened (as expected). The machine was factory reset. the only odd thing that happened is that the laptop was powered on when the package arrived and makes me wonder if they took the time to do the factory reset and forget to completely power it off when it was shipped?
